Peder Söderlind is a Swedish author, researcher, and entrepreneur. His latest book, EDGE: Skapa en nyfiken organisation, explores how curiosity can transform organizations by enhancing adaptability and driving innovation in an unpredictable world. His previous book, Stable and Agile Multi-unit Organizations: Building a Successful Organization in a Turbulent World, provides cutting-edge insights from 30 top CEOs on navigating complexity and change.
Peder has a background in journalism, is a lecturer, and has conducted research for major Swedish media companies. He holds a master’s degree in interaction design. For many years, he has developed courses on information literacy for higher education at all levels. He has written three books, all of which focus on societal development, digitalization, and how people learn and adapt to change.

EDGE: Skapa en nyfiken organisation is the Swedish title of the book, which is written entirely in Swedish. The English translation of the title is EDGE: Create a Curious Organization. EDGE is about how we can build curious organizations. Today, most organizations—and society as a whole—face significant challenges. But for those willing to explore, there are also incredible opportunities. The book explains why we must move toward the edge of what we know and can do. It provides you with the tools to preserve valuable experience while simultaneously creating something new.

Stable and Agile Multi-unit Organizations: Building a Successful Organization in a Turbulent World. The world is changing at a rapid pace. Digitization is affecting consumers’ behavior and values, and this means that the very foundations for creating business are changing. Multi-unit organizations have historically benefited from their stability. Now they also need to be agile.

Information Literacy. Information literacy refers to the ability to recognize that an information need exists, to be able to articulate it in one or more questions, and to seek, critically evaluate, and creatively use information. This book has been widely used in higher education in Sweden.

Sex industry and the Internet. This book investigates the actors, content, relationships, and economic flows of the sex industry. The book evolved as an offspring of research done at University of Gothenburg and is written with professor Sven-Axel Månsson. The book had an impact on Swedish legislation on grooming.
